Róisín O'Reilly

Róisín O’Reilly has been a make up artist for 12 years and has worked on many period productions with looks ranging from the delicate powder pinks to getting stuck into facial hair application on films such as The Four Feathers, The Good Shepherd, Angela’s Ashes, The Last September and Nora.

Her career also allowed her to show her creativity on blood and guts war films such as Saving Private Ryan, Captain Corelli’s Mandolin, and Behind Enemy Lines. She has also enjoyed being part of the team on modern day classics such as The Da Vinci Code, children’s classics such as Lassie and Ella Enchanted where she was head of the crowd room co-ordinating up to 30 other make up and prosthetic artists.

Róisín has worked on the leading ladies on The Brothers Grimm and Perrier’s Bounty as well as gritty indie projects such as The Escapist and Disco Pigs.

Róisín has produced some beautiful looks over the years as a successful talented make up artist and has had the pleasure of making up some of our screen heroes including Matt Damon, Heath Ledger and Ewan McGregeor.
