F.A.Q’s

Is there a minimum age to do these courses?

Students must be 18 or over.

What is the set up for each course?

There is a maximum of 12 students per course allowing optimum time with your tutor. The school is fully fitted out as a working makeup studio with professional chairs, tables and fully lit mirrors which are essential for working with makeup so therefore this is how we set up the studio for our students to learn.

What days and times are the courses?

Where possible, most courses run for 5 consecutive days and from 10 am to 5 pm each day with a min. 45-minute lunch break.

Course fees do not include lunch. There is a fridge and a microwave so you may bring a packed lunch or there is the Coppi Italian cafe on site which serves fresh gourmet sandwiches, pastas, sweet treats and great coffee.  There will be a morning and afternoon break with tea/coffee and choccy biccies provided.

Do I need to bring a model?

Models will be supplied, when required, otherwise students will practice on each other. You learn so much from watching others practice and pick up tips as you observe making this an excellent learning process.

What tools do I need to bring?

Cosmetics, specialist equipment and brushes are provided for use when at the school. All you need is a notebook, pen and enthusiasm.

Foundation students receive a set of brushes to use and keep after the course.

Will I receive a certificate at the end of the course?

A certificate will be given upon successful completion of each course with the students name professionally printed on the certificate.

What other dates will you be running these courses?

Our courses only run once or twice a year with dates set to coincide with our tutors being available between films. You will always be tutored by a highly-skilled and working artists within the industry with a minimum of 10 years experience.
